Ryanair appoints Róisín Brennan

The board of Ryanair Holdings has brought on board  Róisín Brennan as a non-executive director. She was the former chief executive of IBI Corporate Finance and holds extensive experience in advising public companies in Ireland.

She is currently a non-executive director of Coillte, Musgrave Group and Dell Bank International.From 2005 until 2016 she had served as a a non-executive director of DCC.

Ryanair chairman, David Bonderman was pleased to welcome Róisín Brennan to the board of Ryanair Holdings.

He mentioned that considering Róisín’s experience and skills in the field of finance and as a non-executive director, she will be a significant and valuable addition to both our board and audit committee.

At the  September 2018 annual general meeting Róisín will go forward for shareholder approval.

He is looking forward to working closely with Róisín to grow Ryanair safely and profitably in the best interests of the customers,  people and our shareholders.
