The 434-room property is expected to open by 2020 the game-changing disruptive hospitality brand 25hours Hotels was conceptualised in Germany.
The hotel will be located in DWTC’s One Central development considered to be a premium mixed-use lifestyle destination.
The project’s first two phases completed ahead of its delivery schedule.
It is expected that One Central will be a mix of commercial assets, hospitality offerings, residential sites and along with a multi-purpose theatre.
Developers cited that it will create an exciting lifestyle and entertainment destination at the heart of Dubai’s central business district.
25hours Dubai is expected to be the first upscale addition to an existing 1,210-room cluster of AccorHotels’ economy and midscale brands at the DWTC complex.
Christoph Hoffmann, CEO, 25hours Hotels said that this being the first destination outside Europe, the first development in cooperation with our partner AccorHotels will be the largest hotel for the brand.
They are learning about a new market and culture and hope to cope with the regional climate. 25hours Dubai Hotel will be a unique hotel reflecting the spirit and international attitude of Dubai.
Helal Saeed Al Merri, Director-General of Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA) mentioned that the addition of the 25 Hours Hotel is reflective of the strategic approach that One Central has taken towards its careful selection of product partners that will come together synergistically.
It will further strengthen and underscore Dubai’s attractiveness to international corporates and regional businesses.
