ACTA names winning respondent of ACTA’s Member Satisfaction Survey sponsored by Visit Britain

ACTAThrough the month of October the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA), initiated a member satisfaction survey to gather feedback from members to support the strategic direction of the association over the next three years. An independent research company (NRG Research Group based in Winnipeg) conducted the survey for ACTA and ensured the methodological soundness and guaranteed respondent anonymity.


Mary Jane Hiebert, Chair of ACTA stated “by executing this survey, the association received feedback from our members that is critical to understand their expectation when it comes to ACTA’s performance and strategic direction. The ACTA leadership will use this information to drive strategic planning.”


Sponsored by Visit Britain, members who completed the survey were entered into a draw to win a trip for two to England that included flight, accommodation, entertainment, and transit. Patrick Martinet from Voyages Patrick Martinet Travel is the winning prize recipient. Congratulations Patrick! Thank you for participating in ACTA’s membership satisfaction survey and your kind support of our association!
