Malaysian low-cost airline AirAsia made an announcement regarding their online system maintenance on Sunday 19th June. The airline informed that the online system will be shut down by the airline authorities for 27 hours, starting from 21st June.
From 12 am on 21st June to 3 am on 22nd June, customers of the Airlines will not be able to use ‘self check-in’ and ‘manage my booking’ facilities, offered by the budget carrier in their online portal.
Tourists are advised to check-in, purchase and print their boarding passes from the online portal, prior to the announced date and time of the maintenance, just to avoid any hazard on the date of their air-travel.
AirAsia, the Kuala Lumpur based airline, runs a joint venture with Tata Sons in India. The AirAsia India connects seven cities in India and seven other destinations in South East Asia, New Zealand and Australia.
AirAsia authorities informed, “All our flights will, however, operate as scheduled during the maintenance period.”
