The Latvian airline airBaltic on December 18, 2017 appointed Alīna Roščina as the Vice President of Human Resources. As of today, Alīna is part of airBaltic management team and responsible for airBaltic human resources management.
Alīna is an experienced professional with over 9 years of experience in human resources management. Alīna holds a bachelor degree in law from the University of Latvia and at the moment is studying MBA in Riga Business School. Alīna has been working at airBaltic since 2011 and over the years has taken different human resources related positions within the company. Over the last year and a half, she was Deputy Vice President for Human Resources, managing the personnel administration and analysis team. In addition, Alīna is an airBaltic representative in the Latvian Association for People Management and Employers’ Confederation of Latvia.
