“Barbecued Pork Tsukemen Set Menu”

Tsukemen, also known as “dipping noodles”, is a kind of Japanese noodle dish which is eaten after dipping in a separate bowl of rich broth. Unlike the traditional Ramen, the noodles are served cold and board in texture, and are soaked in the hot and rich broth for the best flavour. The rich pork broth is the key highlight as it was simmered with pork bones, chicken bones and prawns for 12 hours which produces an intense flavour. It is served in a hot pot to leave every bite sizzling and satisfying. Toppings such as homemade barbecued pork, Hokkaido sweet corns, bamboo shoots and coddled egg are served along the Tsukemen to elevate your dining experience!
