The design for the Masfout Heights Resort Project, which will feature parks, a lake area, entertainment games and sports area, shops along with mosques, have been supported by ruler Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi.
The said project is hoped to have an important effect in the emirate, boosting investment, tourism and investors to start other projects of similar nature, as reported by the state news agency WAM.
WAM added that the Ajman ruler was informed by the officials in the Aqaar Corporation about the significance and size of the project represented by Ghalib Jaber, executive director, and the Lootah Real Estate Development Company, represented by Saleh Abdullah Lootah.
Lootah also said that the Masfout Heights project is believed to be the one among the more substantial tourism-related projects, and it would be executed in several phases within five years.
However, the primary design of the project has been finalized, and now the referral work of the detailed drawings to start the implementation from mid-2018. The first phase is hoped to be completed in 2021.
