Al Joker will be responsible for a new corporate affairs unit that comprises Dubai Airports’ excellence programmes and government relations, corporate resilience, security and legal departments.
Before this role Al Joker was senior vice president, assurance and control authorities.
Paul Griffiths, chief executive, Dubai Airports said that great strides were made to increase the positive influence that Dubai Airports has amongst the stakeholder community, both inside and outside of the airport.
There are improved relationship with various government department which is a result of a sustained and detailed analysis of the business needs.
Al Joker has qualified in international business management from Heriott Watt University in the UK.
