This year, Anantara is asking people to say ‘Yes!’ to taking a moment to stop and reflect on their wellbeing with an exciting line-up of activities for Global Wellness Day as part of its Balance programme. The annual event, held this year on 11 June 2016, aims to raise awareness of the benefits of living well and what it takes to do that given our busy lives.
Anantara will be hosting a wide range of activities such as sunrise yoga, Muay Thai lessons, Tai Chi on the beach and sunset meditation, throughout a consecutive 24-hour period at a selection of its hotels and resorts across Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Middle East and Africa.
