Anchor Land Holdings (ALH), an expensive property takes an oath to double its attempt to deliver and get bigger with tourism-related development this year in order to take advantage of on the country’s rising tourism sector.
“As we finish this year strong, we are also gearing up for a bigger and better 2018. For this year, we are not just limited to luxury office and residential developments in Metro Manila, Anchor Land is, likewise, intensifying its presence in other key locations all around the country,” said Steve Li, chairman of Anchor Land Holdings, in a press statement.
He stated that ALH is making its first entrance in hotel development via forthcoming Admiral Hotel. It is in the same luxury complex together with Admiral Baysuites and Admiral Grandsuites, a schedule of luxurious developments along Roxas Boulevard.
In addition, Li said Baylife Venue in Bay City will be ranked as the largest seafood destination in the country. The much expected place for seafood is by now tempting the palette of local as well as international tourists in the same way.
However, Li added that ALH’s drive into tourism development is also going further than Metro Manila, with projects being eyed in Coron and Boracay.
“Aside from setting up our regional centers, Metro Manila will still be our base of operations. We will continue to explore new opportunities in the capital region and even strengthen our foothold in niche market segments,” Li added.
