It is official, The Lounge, Burj Khalifa, is the world’s highest lounge. Towering at a height of 585 metres which features an outdoor terrace with glass walls, The Lounge at Burj Khalifa, offers an exclusive retreat experience. The Lounge is spread over the 152nd, 153rd and 154th floor of the building.
The official adjudicator at Guinness World Record, Shaifali Mishra, presented the GWR record certificate to the executive director of the Group Operations, Ahmad Al Falasi at Emaar Properties recently. It is worth mentioning here that the property has already many milestones to its credit.
It already has GWR title for the “Tallest Building” in the world besides the titles of “The tallest man-made structure on land”, “the highest outdoor observation deck at the top” and also the title of “the largest light and sound show on a single building”. It has also won the title of “The largest LED-illuminated façade” and “The tallest LED-illuminated façade” before.
There are several interesting features which visitors can experience in the property. One can enjoy the bird’s eye view of the city while having high tea from 12.30 pm to 4 pm while it is sundowner time with cocktail and canapés between 5.30 pm to 7 pm and from 7 pm to midnight. Guests can also enjoy the finest selection of canapés and beverages. You can get an assortment of fresh bakes and desserts alongside the finest tea and coffee over here. The food comes from the team at Armani Hotel Dubai which is located at the base of Burj Khalifa. Daily live performance of DJs, pianists and musicians is another attraction.
All three different storeys of The Lounge give you different experiences. While the first floor has majlis-style coffee tables and couches, the top floor has coffee tables only. From grand staircases to floor-to-ceiling windows and chic water and light features, you will find everything amazing.
