The luxurious boutique hotels and villas private company Aria Hotels recently opened the doors of another property, Liodentra guesthouse in Peloponnese, Athens. The guesthouse is the perfect representation of authentic Greek hospitality and is an ideal property to enjoy the seaside retreat.
Located in the scenic and naturally beautiful landscape of the Mani Peninsula in Kardamyli, the guesthouse is encircled with spectacular natural bounties. The crystal blue Mediterranean Sea is also directly accessible from the guesthouse. The Liondentra guesthouse has been constructed with the aim of conserving the traditional architecture of Athens alongside respecting the environment of the locality.
The new Aria Hotels property will feature 2 separate two-storey houses crafted using the classical techniques by the local craftsmen. Composed with materials like stone, wood and metal the guesthouse holds the raw essence of traditional accommodation and regional design. The roof has a wooden outline and has been made out of ancient Byzantine tiles. The buildings have been constructed with original Mani stones carved out of large blocks.
The well-furnished houses are decorated with antique materials collected from different corners over the globe through the years. From the 19th-century treasure chest, the German bookshelf from the Alps, washstand from England alongside French engravings and Persian carpets, Liondentra guesthouse has all things traditional!
Each two-storey house is nearly 135 square meters in size with two bedrooms, two spacious living arenas attached with a desk, a balcony and a large terrace. The bathrooms are equipped with branded toilet facilities. The rooms also come with fully-functional kitchens, fireplace, television, free Wi-Fi access, coffee machines and refrigerator. The rooms also have independently controlled air conditioner, room heating amenities and iPod docking stations.
The Liondentra guesthouse is the perfect example of the contemporary luxury style of hospitality blended with the authentic and traditional quintessence of Greek culture and living.
