Avis India celebrates 20 years of operations

 Avis India, a leading car rental provider has successfully completed 20 years of operations in India. It started off with 9 cities and 9 offices and has expanded its network to 50 rental stations in 19 cities.

The scale of operations has helped it in sustaining high revenue and profit growth in a highly competitive market.

It has various solutions across multiple formats like the chauffeur drive, operating lease, self-drive and fleet management services. It has fulfilled the need of both corporate and retail customers across India.

Along with the unique mobile app the company re-launched the website in 2016. It provides mobility options for both self-drive and chauffeur drive in India and abroad.

In 2017 its functionality was extended to car delivery and collection.

It achieved another milestone in 2018 after acquiring chauffeur drive and airport transfers business for Emirates.

Due to expertise in fleet management it has transformed into a new offering –CARe, which is a subscription-based fleet management service.
