To celebrate the international roll-out of the new Avis app, Car rental provider Avis has announced it will be launching a new European-wide campaign this month.
Through the release Avis wanted to reinvent rental and the Journey to Better campaign will be rolled out across France, UK, Spain, Italy and Germany.
It will reveal the common pitfalls the car rental customers may have experiences in the past and describes how the new app addresses these issues.
Unwanted extras, long queues and not being able to pick the car that you want are some of the issues.
There are different creative advert that illustrates the sticking points in the car rental industry that shows how the new Avis app can help customers avoid the pitfalls.
Elliott Pritchard, marketing director, International, Avis said that the campaign was an important step in their commitment to reinvent rental.
It acknowledged to the customers that there were issues in the industry and Avis had worked hard to offer a more seamless, stress-free and transparent experiences.
Being a well-known brand around the world, millions of customers trusts them to provide premium rental experience.
It further wants to simplify the rental process and provide the customers control at their fingertips by delivering fast and worry-free service.
