In ‘Riyadh Travel Fair 2017’, an official team of delegation from Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) will be taking part in it this year. It will start from April 7th till 10th at Al Faisaliah Tower Hotel. Yousef Mohamed Al Khan, BTEA’s director of Tourism Marketing and Promotions will be leading the delegation alongside members of BTEA’s representative office located in Saudi Arabia.
Spread across 84 sq meters, the BTEA stand brings together all the industry moguls under one roof like Ramada Hotel City Centre Bahrain, Ramada Hotel and Suites Amwaj Island, Gulf Hotel and Crowne Plaza Bahrain etc. Travel representatives like Travel & Tourism News (TTN) Middle East and Al Gosaibi Travel and Atbahrain, a Destination Management Company will also be present.
To quote Yousif Mohamed Al Khan, the director of Tourism Marketing and Promotions at the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, ‘Our tourism awareness strategy focuses on taking part in regional and international travel and tourism related exhibitions. We are currently working closely with BTEA’s representative office in Riyadh to further develop and enhance the kingdom’s tourism offering and attract Saudi visitors to Bahrain, as well as contribute to the national economy under the umbrella ‘Ours.Yours’. Saudi Arabia is considered as a target market due to its close geographical proximity to the Kingdom of Bahrain.’
