In UK and France, Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) has set up its representative offices in the presence of Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa, CEO of the company and his delegation. It’s a kind of a strategic outreach of the authority.
Recently inaugurated brand ‘ours yours’ is focused in highlighting Bahrain as one of the key destinations for all the regional and international markets making tourism industry to be the main economic contributors to the country economy in general. BTEA took the chance to meet with the trade officials and trade tourism press executives to introduce the strategy of the kingdom, at the time of the launch of the representative offices.
To quote Shaikh Khaled, CEO of BTEA, ‘’ Bahrain has a strong and long standing relationship with the UK and France and it became natural for us, while developing our global tourism strategy, to include the British and French market as a priority inbound market. International travelers are eager for new experiences therefore the unique positioning of our destination combining high standards and authenticity will meet their expectations.
We’re happy to see that the British and French trade actors are very curious about what Bahrain has to offer and willing to work closely with us, which looks positive for the upcoming months and years.’’
