Bali International Convention Centre at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali recently hosted three prestigious days of Indonesia’s high level international event accommodating more than 2000 delegates from around the globe
Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) was honoured to host the APEC CEO Summit Indonesia 2013 that was held recently from 5th to 7th of October 2013 accommodating more than 1400 delegates from around the globe. This prestigious three days event was officially opened by President of Republic of Indonesia, Mr Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at BICC newly refurbished Mangupura Hall.
APEC CEO Summit Indonesia 2013 is the premier business event in the Asia-Pacific. Bringing the theme of ‘Towards Resilience and Growth: Reshaping Priorities for Global Economy’ this summit was enriched with discussion by head of states, policy makers, business leaders and innovative thinkers on securing inclusive sustainable growth and achieving the aim of shared development and common prosperity for all. There are varies of exhibitions hosted by numbers of leading international corporations also took place at the newly refurbished BICC, located adjacent to The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, as the official venue of this uplifting event, providing over 1000 business delegates an extensive opportunity to network with senior delegation around the world.
During the summit, all related events to APEC CEO Summit Indonesia 2013 had exclusive access to BICC’s versatile main hall as well as the remaining smaller meeting rooms and other supporting conveniences. Delegates from world round were treated to an array of social events including a welcome cocktail and thematic dinner that converted our Exhibition Gallery into a very traditional and warm Indonesian market, serving wide range of authentic Indonesian cuisines thoughtfully prepared by the resort’s skilled Chefs. The main plenary that was attended by numbers of Head of States took place at the expansive Mangupura Hall with its fresh new look on the last two days of the summit. By combining world-class business facilities and Balinese genuine service, Bali International Convention Centre of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali ensured that all participants felt suitably renewed throughout the event.
