Beatriz Gerenstein it is not just another artist.  Her rich, yet graspable message behind each of her creations makes her work distinctive. The spirituality and profound meanings that offers to the viewers, both in form and subject, is remarkable. She intended to create a connection between the pieces; the sculptors and the spectator guide them through their sense of purpose. Beatriz looks to the universal enigmas in life to be her muse. Her work exudes a sensation of peace with themes revolving around love, spirituality and the importance of continuity. They find easy resonance with people’s feelings throughout different cultures and traditions reaching the heart and inspiring a deep emotional response on the observer.

One of Gerenstein’s most impressive sculptures is “Harmony of the People” a 23-feet monumental bronze piece commissioned by Wanjia Plaza in Pudong, Shanghai. A prominent art publication in China, TopFloor magazine, 2012, reviewed the sculpture describing it as one of the best monuments in Shanghai.

The artist uses bronze to create her work for the riches the medium provides. She finds in this noble metal an exquisite media to express herself. Volume shapes and different elements combined with a refined colour patina complete the final sculpture. Beatriz sculptures have an incomparable attraction, found only among the most influential artists.
