9Travel safety specialist beTravelwise has launched its popular foundation training course in French, Spanish and German. The UK-headquartered company, which already offers a comprehensive range of travel safety training programmes in English, has rolled out its core programme in three additional languages to ensure it is accessible to a more global audience.

“English, French, Spanish and German are the main business languages spoken in Europe and the Americas where we see a lot of potential for growth,” explains beTravelwise director Saul Shanagher.

“We are witnessing strong demand for our training services across both continents as companies – both SMEs and multinationals – look to invest in the safety and security of their employees when they are travelling overseas on their behalf.”

He adds: “While the vast majority of travellers have a good understanding of English for business purposes, even our foundation training is moderately technical and those travelling to low-risk destinations might not have the same set of language skills as those visiting higher risk locations.

“By introducing three new languages we are eradicating ambiguity.”beTravelwise offers a range of specialised training courses designed to support professional organisations in their travel risk management programmes. The interactive training courses help clients educate their employees about the risks they may face when travelling overseas and how to avoid them.

Available online or in a seminar format, the practical and cost-effective training is suitable for travel to every destination, not just those designated high risk.“We hope that by offering training in three new languages, it will be much easier for clients to make the beTravelwise foundation course compulsory for all of their employees.”
