In-room amenities will cater to the weekend’s activities and ensure all fans are prepared for the Big Game, and complimentary services for specialty suite guests include 24 hour butler service and packing and unpacking services. Limited availability. Green Eggs & Football Party



The Big Game goes hand and hand with big parties and to celebrate, the Hotel will host a Green Eggs & Football Party on its two acre (nearly a hectare) pool terrace with food served by Pitmaster and Guest Chef Jack Arnold.  Jack Arnold is a BBQ Instructor and Event Host for Big Green Egg, culinary partner of Snake River Farms, and a frequent guest chef/host of barbecue events hosted by other Four Seasons properties. Arnold, along with the Hotel’s Executive Chef Aaron Brooks, will be grilling up delicious varieties of meat from Big Green Egg, Snake River Farms, and Lobster Anywhere showcasing traditional favourites for a luxury-style barbeque with spectacular views of Brickell and Biscayne Bay. Arnold performs live demonstrations and shares delicious bites of Snake River Farms American wagyu beef samples while igniting the crowd with energy through fire, smoke and ambience. The party will include food stations and an on-the-go guacamole cart with Avocados from Mexico. Beverage options will feature a Margarita Bar and Blender Bike serving Volcan Tequila, a Tiki Bar with frozen drinks and punch, a Moët mobile cart, and a Dom Pérignon VIP lounge that includes cabana packages with bottle specials. For entertainment, guests will enjoy a DJ and sports games such as cornhole and foosball.
