Bonnie Tyler to sing for Royal Caribbean’s Total Eclipse Celebration

tylerOn the event of Royal Caribbean’s Total eclipse celebration at sea Bonnie Tyler will perform with US pop-rock band DNCE.

The hit power ballad, Total Eclipse of the Heart will be sung by the iconic 80s singer during the exclusive concert on Oasis of the Seas’ outdoor Aqua Theatre.


Last month it was announced that Joe Jonas’s band DNCE will be performing.


Oasis of the Seas departed from Orlando had already departed from Florida yesterday, with the total eclipse set to occur this afternoon.


The Great American Eclipse will see the sun, the moon and the earth become perfectly aligned in a once-in-a-lifetime celestial spectacle which will be seen from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean.


Micheal Bayley, the president and chief executive of the Royal Caribbean International said that  Tyler was a ‘natural choice for this once-in-a-lifetime moment’.


Joe Jonas, the lead singer of DNCE was excited to be back on board with Royal Caribbean to put on a lights-out performance with a very special guest.


Apart from this there will be eclipsed themed activities trivia and interactive science entertainment for families.
