The decision was reached last week in Manama, Bahrain, during a meeting between representatives of the Ministry of Tourism, Brazil and the Arab Prince Sheikh Khalid Bin Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa.
At the meeting, Brazil was also confirmed as one of the headquarters of the events of the BRAVE Combat Federation, an entity that promotes the mixed martial arts of 40 world nations, accompanied by about one billion people.
Among the benefits of the agreement for Brazil is the video broadcast that will promote the national destinations during the broadcast of the events of the Arab federation.
The aim of the Brave Combat Federation is to unite the world through sport and at the same time provide the public with the opportunity to experience the cultures of other countries. The fights organized by the organization are broadcast by dozens of broadcasters around the world, which show viewers the cultural and tourist attractions of the destination. The Brazilian cities that will receive the fights will be defined in the coming weeks.
The Special Advisor on International Relations of the Ministry of Tourism, Thiago Zanini attended the meeting and thanked the attention given by the Brave Combate Federation to tourism and sports in Brazil.
Also during the visit, the Ministry of Tourism of Brazil formalized its intention to promote the arrival of the Arab company Gulf Air to Brazil.
