A new lounge has been unveiled by British Airways in San Francisco and will be the third US lounge to benefit from the airline’s investment plan for its customer.

It had recently open ed its first and club lounge at New York JFK’s Terminal 7.

One can get views of the runway from the new contemporary lounge spread across 665 square metres. It has floor to ceiling glass windows running along the side of the lounge that permits natural light to flow in.

To cater to the customer’s needs the airline has several zones throughout the lounge. There is a granite feature bar for those willing to unwind ahead of their flight, this forms the centre piece of the lounge.

The deli bar in the main seating area can serve customers with a wide range of food and drink options that takes inspiration from some of the world’s top chefs.

Carolina Martinoli, British Airways director of brand and customer experience stated  they know that lounges form an important part of the journey for some of their customers, so he was delighted to be able to open this new space in San Francisco, the third lounge in the US to benefit from their  investment program.

He expects all the customers to love the new look and feel, so far they have received a poseitive feedback from customers who experienced their New York lounge which follows the same design and concept.
