British Airways introduces new restaurant dining idea

Published on : Friday, September 1, 2017

british-airwaysImmediately after a GBP400 million (US$476 million) investment to improve its long-haul business cabin service Club World, British Airways has launched a brand new concept of restaurant-style dining.

This unique dining concept would be commencing on flights between John F. Kennedy International Airport and Heathrow Airport.

Currently, passengers are capable of selecting freshly prepared starters, desserts and entrees, enriched by rich wine as well as a palatable Champagne menu, from display trolleys. These would be served by the crew members onto new table settings.

The second phase of upgrades would focus on upgrading the sleep of the travellers, starting in the autumn.

Colin Talbot who is the head of catering associated with British Airways said that they had carefully tested the fresh menu on various flights and therefore are confident that the customers would enjoy the final product really well and they would thus develop into popular products.
