The latest features of the updated British Airways’ website will deliver a new look and feel. Now managing bookings, accessing Executive Club and visiting the site from mobile phones and tablets will get easier.
The simplified experience will guide customers to easily search and book flights and holidays now.
After extensive customer search the site reveals relevant information and a clearer path of where they are in the booking process. The underlying technology of the pages were changed to be even more reliable.
There will be faster access to upcoming flights and over the coming months customers will be able to book flights from the UK.
Jack Smith, head of digital at British Airways, said that they were focused on ensuring that the site is fully accessible, simple and intuitive so that all the customers would be able to manage their lives on-line from any device at any time.
A few short clicks will now enable a customer to book a flight after log-in and can have complete access to the list of upcoming flights and Executive club information.
A high level of security will be observed by the newly designed payment and personal information pages.
The future initiatives with new features for the members will be rolled out by 2018.
