British broadcast from Cottesloe Beach

bechA major UK television show will be broadcasting live from Cottesloe Beach tomorrow (Friday December 18), offering local ex-pats the chance to go on camera.

 

The live crosses will appear on ITV’s national daytime program,This Morning , which has a daily audience of about two million people.

 

This Morning  was named Most Popular Daytime Program in the UK’s 2015 National Television Awards. The show’s Twitter and Facebook accounts have more than 2.4 million followers combined.

 

Perth ex-pats are invited to come to the beach on Friday from 5.30pm (WA time) for the chance to send Christmas messages to friends and family watching in Britain. The live crosses are expected to start around 6.30pm.

 

Kiren Mainwaring, from Co-op Dining in East Perth, will also be on camera preparing an Aussie beach barbecue Christmas dish.
