Abdulla Al Habbai, Meraas’ Group Chairman said that he was proud to deliver The Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai which is first-of-its-kind master development in scale and magnitude.
This will mark the fifth Bulgari hotel while the other two will be launched in Shanghai and Moscow in 2018 and 2020. The first one was opened in Milan in 2005.
A limited edition of Bulgari home is featured in the Jumeirah Bay project. Some of the recent transactions on these will go for Dh50 million and more.
The Bulgari Marina & Yatch Club will also be featured in the Dubai property. It will recreate a charm of Mediterranean village in the heart of the Arabian Gulf and will overlook 50-boat harbour.
The destination is bound to draw the attention from corporate. There will be a 360 square metre ballroom, that will be a part of the Yatch Club which can be further customized for conducting large-scale events.
Jean Christophe Babin, CEO of Bulgari said that the new resort will pay tribute to the importance of Middle East market for the Bulgari brand.The project is bound to boast the best of the Italian design and lifestyle culture in one of the most modern city in the world.
The Bulgari homes will have 165 apartments with eight penthouses and 15 mansions in three-to six-bedroom formats.
Meras has the Bluewaters, another island attraction in the boundaries of the ‘Ain Dubai’ observation wheel.
Another sea-side attraction on the Jumeirah stretch will be La Mer by the Meraas.
