Hot pot is popular in Winter. Besides the traditional hot pot, Shabu Shabu is also another ideal choice in this season. From now till 29 February 2016, Café Rivoli is going to present the Wagyu Beef and Lobster dinner buffet highlighting the sizzling shabu shabu and the fresh lobster!
The Boston lobster and Wagyu beef are the stars of the dinner buffet. Teppanyaki Gilled Wagyu Beef Cube with Garlic is simply flavoured with garlic and salt to keep its original savour. To satisfy diners’ appetite, Red Wine Braised Ox Tail is another dish should not be missed. Guests are also strongly recommended to try Wagyu Beef Shabu Shabu and Seafood Hot Pot with Hokkaido Milk. Wagyu Beef Shabu Shabu combines Australian wagyu beef and various vegetables flavoured with seaweed and dried skipjack tuna broth. Seafood Hot Pot with Hokkaido Milk is prepared with Hokkaido 3.6 milk as a creamier broth to serve with the assorted seafood perfectly.
Fresh lobster is popular in Hong Kong. Diners won’t be disappointed as the restaurant is unlimitedly serving fresh Boston lobster on its buffet table. Assorted Seafood Platter is also available, including Brown Crab, Crab Leg, Whelk, Prawn, Mussel and some others.
