Canada programme with Air Canada Vacations launched by Funway Holidays

A strategic sales and marketing agreement with Air Canada Vacations has been launched by Funway Holidays to sell products through the UK travel agents.

Air Canada is a subsidiary of the Canadian flag carrier and Funway is targeting about 5,000 passengers bookings for the programme by the end of 2019.

The reservation team of Funway has been fully traimed in the build-up to the launch. There is a dedicated phone number for the agents to connect with an expert advisor. The online bookings can  be made through the website, which is planned for later this year.

“Extensive” sales and marketing activity will back the launch this will be inclusive of the consumer focused campaigns jointly with selected agent and destination partners.Tactical offer brochures and a dedicated brochure will be available for all Funway agent partners.

Explore the European-inspired streets of Montreal and urban getaways in Toronto through the Air Canada Vacations product available through Funway. This will include skiing in the Banff, whale watching in Vancouver and train voyages across Canada.

There will be more than 28 escorted, rail or fly-drive package options with flights, transport and hotel accommodation included in the 2018 and 2019 collection.

Multi-destination holidays combination of Canada with the US, Mexico and the Caribbean will be the highlight.
