During their time here, the journalists checked out some of the many things to see and do for Canadian holidaymakers in Northern Ireland. Their itinerary included a visit to the Giant’s Causeway and a walk along The Gobbins Cliff Path. The journalists stayed in the Galgorm Resort & Spa and enjoyed the facilities of the newly extended spa. The journalists also took part in a Belfast Food Tour and spent time at Titanic Belfast.

Dana Welch, Tourism Ireland’s Manager Canada, said: “We were delighted that these influential journalists took the time to come and visit Northern Ireland. Visits like this are a really effective way of getting positive exposure for the destination through the Canadian media, helping us to showcase what Northern Irelandhas to offer Canadian holidaymakers.
