Head to the capital’s most exciting attraction, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! London, located in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. Home to the unusual and plain bizarre, there are more than 700 authentic artefacts and curiosities from all around the world to marvel at.
Bring back childhood memories and check out the original Toots Sweet machine, featured in the classic film, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, before marvelling at an eight-foot model of Transformers character Optimus Prime made out of real car parts. Check out the Olympic Gallery, home to the single largest collection of Olympic Torches, including Mohamed Ali’s signed torch from 1996 and a London 2012 torch signed by double gold medal winning cyclist, Laura Trott.
Fancy something a little more educational? The whole family can get up close and personal with a real piece of the Berlin Wall, listen to Sir Winston Churchill’s famous speech and check out Queen Victoria’s appointment letter, signed by the lady herself.
End the day on a high by challenging each other to dodge the laser at the capital’s most exciting new attraction, the Impossible LaseRace, London’s largest Laser Race. Who will succeed at beating the clock?
Ripley’s Believe It or Not! London is open seven days a week, 365 days a year from 10am until midnight (last admission 10.30pm).
