Jennifer de la Cruz, vice president of public relations for Carnival Cruise Lines said that water was shut off for about two hours after the ship docked in Galveston.
She said that almost all passengers had left the de la Cruz as the voyage was over and before the embarkation for the next cruise began water service was restored before 11a.m.

With cruise tourism in the rise big cruise ships must maintain their basic levels of customer satisfaction, or else it will be difficult for these carriers to carry on doing profitable business.
