The reservations team at its new head office will focus on trade.
Carrier has recently produced an image-led “look book” which is divided into six collections. It includes ‘the one for a sense of place’, ‘the one for adventure’ and ‘the one for family’.
For agents social media assets and video content have also been created along with window displays around the campaign.
Carrier’s website has also been redesigned and a booklet sent to 500 agents that highlights all elements of the operator’s agent support channels.
