The new office, in the heart of the City at 45 King William Street, opens this week to ease client access to the company’s global travel risk management, medical assistance and outsourced claims services.
“The move continues our drive to grow our business and to get closer to both our London insurance market and our standalone corporate clients, as well as their respective marketplaces,” says Alistair Hardie, CEGA’s Group Chief Executive.
“By minimising client travelling time and maximising opportunities for face-to-face and spontaneous contact, our City base will enable clients in and around London to take full advantage of our expertise in providing end-to-end global assistance solutions for their customers or employees travelling abroad.”
CEGA’s operational hub, which incorporates over 350 multi-lingual claims and assistance handlers, medical specialists, travel managers, fraud investigators and cost containment teams, remains in Chichester, West Sussex.
