Spend Easter with the family and let the team at Wit & Wisdom do the work. On Sunday, April 16, 2017 join Chef Zachary Mills at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore for a scrumptious brunch buffet suitable for the entire family.
“For me, Easter Sunday is to be celebrated with the family over fresh spring cuisine. I love featuring the flavours of the season with a perfectly roasted lamb, grilled asparagus, and crisp arugula salad with peas.” says Executive Chef Zachary Mills.
Easter Brunch features live music, a lamb carving station, make-your-own omelets, a sweet and savoury crepe station, roast-your-own s’mores, raw bar and an assortment of desserts. In addition to the dessert display, Executive Pastry Chef Dyan Ng will be baking a batch of her sugar cookies and will host a cookie decorating station for the kids.
Wit & Wisdom will be open on Easter serving à la carte breakfast from 7:00 am to 9:00 am
Easter Brunch will be served from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm; cost is USD 69 per person and USD 29 per child under 12
An à la carte dinner menu will be available from 6:00 to 10:00 pm as well as a full tavern menu in the lounge from 11:30 am to 10:30 pm.
