One-Ninety Restaurant – Father’s Day Sunday Brunch

Celebrate Father’s Day in Singapore with an epicurean adventure at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. One-Ninety Restaurant will be laying out an extended Sunday Brunch with all of Father’s favourites.


With more than one hundred dishes to choose from, spoil Dad with poached Maine lobster and Alaskan king crab at the ice station, and treat him to succulent lamb chops at the grill. A host of local roast meats, salad selections, cold cuts, caviar and more than twenty-five cheeses along with other delectable dishes will be available at the award-winning restaurant’s buffet. The feast will end in a sumptuous spread of desserts from the churros chocolate fountain to the chili pot de crème, the mocha panna cotta, and the live sticky date cake station.


Enjoy this heart-warming Father’s Day Sunday Brunch with a choice of free flow prosecco or champagne (non-alcoholic juices and sodas are also available). To show appreciation to all fathers, they will receive specially crafted whisky-infused chocolate truffles dusted in gold, prepared by Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London, to take with them with compliments of the Hotel.


Parents can relax too, as there is a children’s corner available from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm during brunch.

Toast Father with a Negroni this Father’s Day at the One-Ninety Bar. Join Head Bartender Joseph Haywood and try his unique take on this classic cocktail, which features gin, sweet vermouth, campari, and a special twist of orange, available from June 5 to 30, 2017.


A must-do on Singapore’s cocktail circuit, One-Ninety Bar offers guests the opportunity to relax in an elegant lounge bar ambience, or venture into a city oasis surrounded by lush foliage at the resort-style outdoor terraza.


Jiang-Nan Chun – Father’s Day Oriental Brunch Menu

Treat Dad to a selection of the finest Cantonese cuisine at the award winning Jiang-Nan Chun, where all cuisine and interiors are based on the principles of enjoyment and happiness. A sumptuous six-course menu has been carefully curated to celebrate the king of the family at the newly renovated restaurant.


The exclusive Father’s Day set menu begins with crispy soft shell crab, followed by a nourishing double-boiled chicken soup with sea whelk, maka and dried scallops. Next, enjoy braised supreme sea cucumber with black garlic, succulent braised pork belly, and wok-fried fish noodles with seafood in black pepper sauce. The menu comes to an end with a beautifully double-boiled hashima with papaya in almond cream.
