A magical festive season awaits guests at Mandarin Oriental hotels in Hong Kong, London, New York, Paris and Prague, with an exciting array of luxurious seasonal accommodation programs personalized with sumptuous traditional fare and decadent yuletide trimmings.
Continuing its 50th Golden Anniversary celebrations, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong introduces the Festive Family Celebration package. The package includes accommodation in a luxurious suite with a complimentary room for children as well as a selection of tasty home-made festive treats, daily breakfast and a late checkout. Complimentary amenities for children range from cots for babies, to Wii and X-Box game consoles for teenagers and a wide selection of family DVDs. Rates start from HKD 9,299 per night.
The two night Golden Celebration package includes a bottle of Champagne and home-made tasty festive treats on arrival, daily breakfast, a USD 50 spa credit and a specially designed 50th anniversary gift to take home. Rates start from HKD 4,399 per night.
The package is available between 1 December 2013 and 10 February 2014.
To herald the festive season, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London partners with Harrods to present the Candlelit Christmas with Harrods experience. The experience includes: one night’s accommodation; a Christmas Welcome Gift of a Harrods 2013 Teddy Bear; a personal letter from Father Christmas and a bespoke selection of delicious sweet treats by Harrods; VIP ticket to meet Father Christmas at the Harrods Christmas Grotto; full English breakfast the following morning overlooking Hyde Park; and a beautiful Christmas candle by leading London perfumery, Ormonde Jayne. The offer is based on two adults and one child sharing.
During the Harrods Parade Weekend on Saturday 2 November 2013, the experience will include VIP access to the Harrods Christmas Parade and a VIP family ticket to meet Father Christmas at the Harrods Christmas Grotto.

Guests at Mandarin Oriental, New York could enjoy the New Year’s Eve Gala on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 and New Year’s Eve Celebration Hotel Package. New Year’s Eve Celebration is available at USD 5,700 and include accommodation for two nights, two tickets to the hotel’s annual black-tie New Year’s Eve Gala and daily American breakfast for two guests to be enjoyed in-room or at signature restaurant Asiate.
Throughout 1 to 27 December 2013, Mandarin Oriental, Paris will offer a magical festive season in the heart of the City of Lights. The Festive Season package starts from EUR 875 inclusive of VAT per night and is based on a minimum two night stay and includes spa service credit.
Also, for guests who stay over the Christmas period, Thierry Marx will reinterpret traditional ‘festive’ cuisine with a four course tasting menu at Camélia. For dessert, Pastry Chef Pierre Mathieu will create a Mandarin Oriental, Paris ‘2013 Yule Log’. The Christmas Menu will be available on 24 December for dinner and on 25 December for lunch, priced at EUR 145, excluding drinks.
Rates over the New Year period begin from EUR 975 for a Deluxe Room. The Surprise Menu at Sur Mesure will be available on 31 December for dinner, priced at EUR 550, excluding drinks. The New Year’s Eve menu at Camélia will be available on 31 December, priced at EUR 225, excluding drinks.
Mandarin Oriental, Prague is welcoming visitors to experience the magic of the Christmas season with the Bohemian Christmas package, which rates start from EUR 355 per night based on a one-night stay for two in a Deluxe Room. The package is available until 27 December 2013 and based on availability
Also, guests are invited to book a table in the hotel’s signature Essensia restaurant on 24, 25 and 26 December for Chef Ambrozial’s festive Christmas Eve dinner or Christmas wine brunch: EUR 95 per person for a six-course gourmet Christmas Eve dinner menu, and EUR 55 per person for a Christmas wine brunch.
