Four Seasons Hotel Seattle joins Four Seasons properties around the world in celebrating Global Wellness Day, a day dedicated to living well. From complimentary morning yoga to a healthy breakfast option, Four Seasons is offering simple ways to exercise and bring harmony between the body and spirit.

Complimentary Seattle Waterfront Run with Four Seasons Team, 8:00 am
Meet in the lobby for a refreshing run along the waterfront, up to the Olympic Sculpture Park and back.
Complimentary Silent Morning Yoga with SoundDown Seattle, 9:00 am
Held at the outdoor pool terrace on the 4th floor, join Four Seasons for a 60-minute silent yoga practice to begin the day. Participants are given wireless headphones to listen to the instructor and music curated by SoundDown Seattle.

From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, enjoy the weekend brunch buffet at the hotel’s Ethan Stowell Restaurant, Goldfinch Tavern, featuring a seasonal assortment of light and fresh dishes, paired with savoury and sweet favourites.
