This year’s featured Thanksgiving dinner, “Turkey to Go” takeout menu and Christmas feasts have been skillfully prepared by Executive Chef Gilles Arzur.


The annual Thanksgiving Feast in THE Blvd features a uniquely crafted menu for the occasion. This year’s Thanksgiving menu offers delectable starter options such as corn soup with crispy scampi, homemade kurobuta pork sausage with organic green lentil and rustic country toast, or belgian endives with roasted pears and rainbow chard. Main courses include options from pumpkin ricotta ravioli with black truffle; organic turkey with sweet potato puree, brussel sprouts and cranberry foam; dover sole with potato leek risotto; or celery root napoleon with arugula pudding, black trumpets and pickled squash.

Turkey To Go Leave the cooking to the culinary team at Beverly Wilshire this Thanksgiving, by ordering a traditional dinner to go. Bring the sophisticated flavours from the kitchen at Beverly Wilshire home with this memorable feast.


Start with a mixed green salad with roasted pears, caramelized walnuts and gorgonzola crumble before moving onto the roasted natural turkey (20 pound/9 kilogram, pre-sliced)) with traditional gravy and bread stuffing, yukon gold potato herbs gratin dauphinois, braised brussels sprouts with crispy pancetta, roasted yams with caramelized pecans, orange-cranberry compote, cornbread with green onions, cranberry pumpkin rolls, spiced and herbed lavosh, and of course, classic pumpkin pie.

Christmas Eve – Tuesday, December 24, 2013 Dine with Beverly Wilshire this Christmas Eve and enjoy a special evening amid the festive decor, with a savoury dinner to usher in the holiday. Enjoy a menu of quail salad with “french toast” pandoro or arctic char salmon with okinawa-jima sweet potato, butter poached lobster or homemade egg yolk tagliatelle with black truffle, stuffed roasted pheasant or black sea bass or radicchio lasagnetta, and finishing off with fresh sorbets, buche de noel or apple financier tart.

Celebrate on Christmas Day with a sensational culinary experience in THE Blvd. Starters include red scampi ceviche or buffalo mozzarella pannacotta, followed by a choice of quail salad or Maine scallops, then mains including organic farm turkey, black sea bass or radicchio lasagnetta, and finishing with buche de noel, chestnut and alunga milk chocolate mousse or “le petit” croquembouche (profiteroles).
