Mother’s Day Oriental Set Menu at Jiang-Nan Chun, May 7 and 8, 2016
Honour Mum with an oriental fine dining experience befitting of her status at the newly renovated Jiang-Nan Chun. Chinese Executive Chef Alan Chan and team have crafted an exquisite six-course menu suited for the queen of the house, just for the occasion.
The exclusive set menu kicks off with a combination platter featuring soft shell prawns, char siew pork belly and cloud ear fungus, followed by Chef’s specialty double-boiled soup with roses, apple and chicken. Next, taste the delicate flavours in the baked cod fillet with miso sauce, and pair this dish with the braised baby spinach with matsutake mushrooms. Then, enjoy fried rice with dried seafood, and finally end the meal on a sweet note with a choice between double-boiled bird’s nest with almond cream or with rock sugar.
Top the experience by ordering three glasses of wine curated by Jiang-Nan Chun’s resident wine experts, at only SGD 65. To sweeten the celebration, all mothers will receive a L’Occitane gift pack with compliments of Four Seasons upon arrival.
