Most importantly, there will also be a dedicated durian corner featuring the king of fruits for the perfect finale.
Indulge in a delectable six-course dinner at Italian poolside restaurant Dolce Vita, consisting of tantalising appetisers, seafood and meats, then round up the meal with a special Majulah Singapura dessert of raspberry marmalade, vanilla almond sponge and lychee martini raspberry gelato. The outdoor pool lounge, BAY@5, will also be serving up an array of delicious small bites, including assorted cold cuts, oysters, meatballs, pizzas and more.
Finally, savour authentic Cantonese cuisine at Cherry Garden, where the seven-course set dinner menu showcases the signature Peking duck and traditional condiments, golden pumpkin soup with morel mushroom and diced chicken, braised sliced abalone with vegetables, finished with a homemade organic black bean pudding topped with sesame ice cream to end the dinner on a sweet note.
