Chef Thierry Papillier and his team invite families and friends to a gourmet Thanksgiving dinner at Solano restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech on Thursday, November 24, 2016. For a perfect night out, guests will enjoy an elegant three course menu featuring autumn favourites and all the trimmings. To commence the festivities, Chef Thierry offers his take on the traditional pumpkin soup enhancing the best seasonal produce. There will also be an authentic carving trolley showcasing a delicious roasted turkey accompanied with delectable sides. On a sweet note, guests will indulge in a special Thanksgiving dessert, the exquisite butternut squash pie.
For those hosting Thanksgiving at home, Four Seasons Resort Marrakech offers local residents the great option to enjoy quality time with their loved ones: Turkey Take Away. Book 48 hours in advance for perfect catered Thanksgiving offerings with a twist. Chef Thierry will prepare a gourmet roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing, turkey sauce, cranberry chutney, gratin dauphinois, brussels sprouts, green beans and glazed carrots. Each order includes a dinner for six to eight persons with a price of MAD 1,400.
