Welcome winter solstice and commemorate the longest night of the year with a complimentary yoga class at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas on Saturday, December 21, 2019. Following the class, PRESS will offer a special solstice cocktail and The Spa will extend a series of mini services designed to complement the solstice celebration.
“Celebrating winter solstice with a mindful yoga class is the perfect opportunity to set an intention for the year ahead, embrace blessings and let go of negativity,” says Spa Director Shannon Mariani. “The holidays can be a joyful, yet stressful, season. Winter solstice is the perfect chance to hit the pause button and take time for self-care and reflection.”
The evening begins at 4:30 pm with a complimentary, 60-minute guided meditation and yoga session, led by Greg and Celine Go, creators of goyogalifestyle and Go Yoga wear. The class will take place on the Fountain Terrace, an open space with a picturesque waterfall and views of lushly landscaped gardens. Following the class, guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of wassail, a hot mulled cider drink perfect for toasting holiday cheer. Additionally, PRESS lounge will offer the Warm Winter’s Night featured cocktail, bringing together the flavours of apple, cinnamon and cloves with brandy and Grand Marnier.
The Spa will offer a series of winter solstice mini rituals, featured from December 16 to 22, 2019. The 25-minute Intention Massage utilises warm oil combined with purifying sage, juniper and cedarwood to cleanse the body and spirit. The 25-minute Shortest Day Facial offers an express service inclusive of a nutrient-dense manuka honey balm cleans, pumpkin puree mask and facial massage. The New Beginnings Manicure offers a gingerbread-scented service inclusive of an aromatic soak, nail maintenance and moisturising massage.
