India’s Southern Railway official said that some of the train that are running in the Palakkad division would be regulated from Thursday till November 1in view of the railway engineering works in various sections.
Consequently, the Mangaluru central-Nagercoil junction Parasuram Express would be regulated by 120 minutes and there is another train Lokmanya Tilak- Thiruvananthapuram Central Nethravathi Express by 60minutes due to the work between Pallipuram and Shoranur junction.
This will help to boost the tourism in the Palakkad division in South India.
While on the contrary, the Kozikhode- Thiruvananthapuram Jan Shatabdi Express would be regulated by 75 minutes and the Coimbatore junction- Mangaluru Central Intercity Express by 60 minutes and Ernakulam junction-Hazrat Nizamuddin Mangala Lakshadweep Express by the duration of 70 minutes due to work between Feroke and Kadalundi.
