Saranya Chensukitphanit joins Centara as corporate director

Saranya Chensukitphanit has been appointed as the corporate director of training and talent development with Centara Hotels & Resorts.
She will be driving the company’s regional expansion and her experience will attract and develop talent, prepare them for growing responsibilities and be a support system for the company’s high performance service culture.

Chensukitphanit was delighted to be a part of Centara where there isstrong potential to grow and expand. She started this role with enthusiasm to make a positive change and with the vision of learning, design development and roadmap, career planning and engagement.

She earlier served PepsiCo the Asia Pacific Region before joining Centara, she was also employed as a human resources management posts for Estee Lauder and Dutch diary giant Freisland Campina.

Centara chief executive Thirayuth Chirathivat said that Saranya will help them in making Centara as one of the best places to work in the hospitality industry.

The company will be benefiting from the training and career planning programmes along with reinforcing values and help them to meet the standards of their organization.
