Landing International Development, a leading developer of China is going to create a multi-billion dollar theme park in the Philippines, transforming Metro Manila’s hub into a sophisticated Leisure and Theme Park Integrated Resort.
The chairman and executive director of Landing International, Yang Zhihui recently met President Rodrigo Duterte.
In this interaction they discussed the proposed five-year development plan that comprises reclaiming 147 hectares of the Manila Bay in a fabulous gigantic project undertaken by Landing in this nation.
The Philippines is a much favored holiday locale for Chinese tourists.
And henceforth it is considered the main tourist resort capital enriched with luxury hotels, theme park, villas, flats, shopping centre and also gaming entertainment and other leisure and entertainment activities. Yang added this theme park would be a three-phase project and is expected to generate a high amount of jobs for a large number of Filipinos.
Yang then mentioned that the resort would be featuring the first movie-themed indoor park and waterpark of Asia and other kinds of entertainment facilities that compliment all ages and families.
Then, furthermore, Yang specified that once the theme park is completed it would go a long way in enhancing beautifully the tourist appeal of Philippines.
