Murphy’s Law: The ultimate Easter cocktail, this chocolate-laden treat combines of Bulleit rye whiskey, Rocky Road liqueur, dark agave and frozen mixed berries, topped with a chunk of mouth-watering rocky road chocolate. AUD 20
PDA: A delicious mix of rich white cacao liqueur shaken with Ketel One vodka, Grand Marnier and fresh passionfruit. The final touch is a duo of ivory white chocolate straws as a garnish, so it can be shared with a loved one (if one is into that sort of thing). AUD 18
Retox: Pretty as a picture, the purple-coloured Retox is a take on the Whisky Sour, with an unconventional mix of Johnnie Walker Black and house-made chocolate chilli-infused beetroot juice, garnished with edible flowers. AUD 18
