also look forward to the enticing Raspberry Buche Noel, where sunny flavours
of raspberry and milk chocolate mousse, raspberry cream, soft caramel biscuit,
macadamia nuts and dried raspberry powder tempt the heart; or Chocolate Buche
Noel, rolled with dark guanaja chocolate mousse with brandied cherries, crispy biscuit
chocolate and rich chocolate ganache.



Chef Cassian continues to delight senses with his Christmas Apple Pie, a pleasant
marriage of golden apples, Sultana raisins and spices encased in a short crust pastry,
in addition to the homemade Mandarin Oriental Christmas Jam, the perfect
accompaniment to crusty breads and fluffy pancakes on Christmas morning.



The colourful assortment of Christmas cookies and macaroons also add to the festive
cheer, while little ones will be in for a treat with the whimsical Santa’s chocolate
boots and chocolate sleighs filled with luxurious pralines.



In addition, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s Christmas Roastery offers a myriad of tantalising selections, including the much loved Traditional Roasted ChristmasTurkey, Mandarin Oriental Truffle Christmas Turkey and Roasted Christmas Goose, served with assorted potatoes and festive vegetables. The Homemade Festive Foie Gras Terrine, with figs brioche, cranberries jam and onion chutney is perfect; while the mouth-watering Honey-Glazed Bone-In Christmas Ham and Boneless Honey-Baked Christmas Ham remain as the top picks.
