Seafood includes Boston Lobster, Spider Crab Leg, Bread Crab, etc are many guests’ favourite. Caviar with Macaron, Tomato Salsa and Sour Cream is one of the Chef’s recommendation. One of the highlights of the buffet, “Twin Pots” with two soup base, Double-boiled Coco De Mer, Sea Whelk and Shark’s Bone Soup and Maca Iberico Bak Kut Teh, is designed for female guests and male guests respectively for winter.
