San Francisco International Airport is preparing to conduct the competitive selection processes through a Request for Proposals Process for the Boarding Area C Coffee Shop Lease and invites you to attend the informational conference scheduled for Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at San Francisco International Airport, SFO Business Center, 575 N. McDonnell Road, 2nd Floor, Suite 2-214. This is a time when staff discusses the desired concept, minimum qualification requirements, address any questions relating to the coffee shop lease and receive comments from interested parties. Written comments and recommendations will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., November 27, 2013.
The Lease is intended for the sale of merchandise reflective of a coffee shop concept. The proposed base rent is the higher of the minimum annual guarantee (MAG) of $52,896.00 or the sum of the following percentage rent structure: 6% of gross revenues achieved up to and including $500,000.00; plus, 8% of gross revenues achieved between $500,000.01 and $1,000,000.00; plus, 10% of gross revenues achieved over $1,000,000.00, which will be the successful Proposer’s minimum annual guarantee for the first year of the Lease, and a proposed term of seven (7) years.
